Byron looked at her. He felt worse than ever which was rare. He was actually starting to scare himself. Feeling bad had never really happened except when he had no one. Such as when his father was killed and brother sent to Azkaban. He had complete aloneness in the world. He said, "I realize that. That's why I wanted you to make that first move when and where you wanted it." He muttered. He shut his mouth at the sound of his last name being used. It always made him shut up for some reason. He saw the tears. He wanted to brush them away, but knowing everything he said and did was going wrong, decided against it. He hated seeing her like this. Megan was the toughest girl he knew.
He said nothing about having those girlfriends. She knew him very well. He slept with most if not all of them. He didn't know why. It was just who he was. He didn't want Megan to feel like he just dated for the sex. He saw her leave and he darted after her. He said, "Please, Megan, I didn't mean it like it sounded. I seriously didn't mean to offend you. Or make it sound like all I want is sex."
He stayed standing for fear out of sitting by her my make the wrong move. He didn't want this to happen. No. So in his terms this pretty much sucked. He couldn't think of anything worse that would happen. He rested his eyes on her. He wanted to know if she would ever forgive him, but couldn't tell by just a glance. He figured he sounded like a jerk. He probably did have the image of only wanting sex, but he seriously didn't just want that with her. He wanted more like a relationship for once. He was sick of the flings.

Megan heard Byron come after her and ignored him for a while. She didn't take her eyes off the fire, and hoped that he would just go away. But then, her impatience kicked in. It didn't help that she really did like Byron a lot. Sighing, she took her eyes off the fire and glared at Byron angrily.
"So, what do you want?" Megan demanded of him, though her eyes turned a lighter shade of red. There was a sign that she had been crying, but the tears were gone. "Am I just part of a bet? Is that what it is?" she asked, knowing that it was exactly the type of thing he and Scorpius would do. She didn't tell him to sit down next to her, because she didn't want him to. If he did, Megan would just go back into her own dormitory, the one place that he could not go.

Byron looked at her. His hurt started to show. Which really sucked. He said, "I want to date you, Meg. I want a relationship for once. Not just another fling." He was serious and her pushing away only made him feel worse. He was hurting inside. He hadn't felt this pain in so many years. The pain of rejection and the pain of losing someone you truely care about. The last time he felt this was when his father died and his brother was off in Azkaban.
Byron said, "No.. I wouldn't bet about you. You know you mean the world to me." He meant that, but was shocked he actually said it. Though here lately he hasn't been acting like himself. Or maybe he was being himself and everything else was not him. Wow, that started making his head hurt so quit thinking about it. He knew she had been crying and seeing that made him feel guilty.
Him and Scorpius had been known to bet over girls. Such as once: Scorpius bet that Byron couldn't get a Gryffindor to date him since Byron didn't have a good reputation with the Gyrffindors. So Byron made the bet only if Byron got a date with a Gryffindor, Scorpius had to make out with one. They both won that bet. They had a bit of a weird sense of humor using girls like that. He wouldn't do that to her though. He wished she just knew everything he would do for her.

Megan couldn't help noticing how adorable he looked when he was hurt. He never looked like that in front of his friends, and she was sure that she was the only would to ever see him like this. But Megan wasn't sure what she had exactly done to hurt him.
She made a split-second decision, hearing his words. The Slytherin was sure that he was telling the truth, but that didn't mean she forgived him completely. Megan stood up and walked over to him, her very light red eyes looking into his. All of a sudden, she slapped him. Hard.
"That's for calling me a sl*t." Megan muttered, unable to look at him. Then she pressed her lips against his gently, pulling away only to say something. "And this is for making me fall in love with you." Megan said, before kissing him again. Of course, what did a fifteen year old know about love? Nothing, but her words still sounded good.

Byron saw her walk over to him. This couldn't be good. Since he had messed up everything that he had did that night. He was soon correct as he got slapped pretty hard, but he didn't flinch. He deserved it and knew he did. He expected so many things like her going upstairs and never speaking to him again. He said, "I'm sorry." That was all he knew to say to her about accidently calling her that though he never did. He didn't mean it the way she took it, but he always thought girls were confusing sometimes.
He thought he was going to fall over at what she did next. She kissed him and said she fell in love with him. He put his hand on her cheek and his other hand on her waist. He kissed her back. He muttered, "I love you too." His eyes closed at the kiss. He loved this. One thing finally came good out of the night. He got the girl that he wanted to be with for so long. He had her in his arms and wanted her to never leave. Though, when he would have never expected to be kissing one of his best friends. He would never complain though cause he wanted this badly.

Megan closed her eyes at the feeling of him kissing her back, trying to savor each moment. She knew it wasn't going to work out between them, but she couldn't stop wanting him. So, she was going with the flow. At least for a while. And then her whole life would fall apart. Megan let herself enjoy Byron, because she would regret it if she didn't.
Her arms locked around his neck instinctively, feeling his arm around her waist and one hand on her cheek. The rumours were true. He was a good kisser. Megan let her body press up against his, feeling a bit cold. After all, she was wearing only a tank top and boxer shorts. Not the best combination considering the weather outisde. Byron, on the other hand, only had jeans on, but she wasn't complaining. Megan would get his clothes off at the right time, which would probably be a while.

Byron kept kissing her loving the sensation of it all. The touch of her lips made him feel better. Nothing could make him feel any better. He felt her body press up against his bare chest. It was getting chilly, but he was used to the cold since they kept their dormitory cold alot. He couldn't get the feeling to faid.
The memory of him realizing his attraction towards Megan came back to him. He remembered how it seemed when she walked it was slow and gracefull. He knew in reality it wasn't as slow, but everytime he saw her he wanted her to stay and be with him. Sometimes he would make up an excuse to be with her. He had liked her for a bit, but then again maybe deep down he always did. Though never realizing it. He just hoped it would last and not fall apart.
